ODIS TERMS

Terms of Service

Rules for ordering and using ODIS infrastructure and services.

1. Acceptance

By ordering, creating an account or using ODIS services, the customer accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy and the selected plan terms.

2. Account

Customers must provide current contact and billing details, protect credentials and remain responsible for account activity. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.

3. Orders, billing and renewal

Price, billing period, resources and renewal date appear in the WHMCS order and invoice. An unpaid service may be suspended or removed after the stated deadline and notices.

4. Acceptable use

Spam, phishing, malware, DDoS, unauthorised scanning or access, fraud, unlawful content, copyright infringement, attacks and activity that violates law or harms the network are prohibited.

5. Resources, IP addresses and security

Plan limits must be respected. IP addresses are assigned for the service term and may change for technical, network or legal reasons. ODIS may restrict traffic or access to contain a security threat.

6. Backups and data

Unless backups are explicitly included, the customer is responsible for backups. Even where backups exist, an independent copy of critical data should be maintained. Data may be deleted after termination.

7. Support and maintenance

Support is delivered through tickets and stated channels. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

8. Suspension and termination

ODIS may suspend service for non-payment, network risk, a credible abuse report, a competent authority request or a material breach. Customers may request non-renewal before the next billing period unless an order states otherwise.

9. Liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but absolute uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, ODIS is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes

The current version is published here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Effective 11 August 2026.
